Terms & Conditions

1. International driver's licence is required for foreigners and National drivers licence for Indonesian citizens.
2. Rental rate is for a 24 hour period, after the 24 hour period ends, a fee of 30,000rp per hour will be charged.
3. The renter is fully responsible for any damage, theft of the vehicle or any part of it, including tyres if the motorcycle is not driven on the road.
4. The renter is the only person to use the motorcycle, no other person is to ride the motorcycle during the renting period.
5. It is not permitted to ride the motorcycle outside the Island of Bali without the approval of the Rental Company.
6. The renter will be fully responsible of any damage caused by an accident, any repairs required will be the responsibility of the renter.
7. 1 million RP will be charged in the case of the renter losing the registration to the motorcycle.
8. 150,000 RP will be charged for lost key. A fee of 500,000 RP will be charged for a damaged or lost helmet.
